In peak sales season or international situations beyond the scope of ISMEX, the period of 2 to 5 days is extended from 5 to 7 business days.

If you request this service, please contact the customer service center through the chatbox to get a quote and confirm that the destination of the shipment has this option.

For this service is necessary to purchase the piece before 12:00 noon.

International shipping USA:

Shipments by regular Mexican mail (Correos de México) are free with the delivery of 3 to 5 weeks.

Shipments by regular Mexican mail (Correos de México) with the delivery of 2 weeks is $ 33USD.

Shipments by a private carrier with the delivery of 5 to 7 business days is $ 40USD. Fixed amount for any city in the USA.

Customs duties

Maintenance

At ISMEX we offer free professional-quality maintenance to all of our buyers during the first year.

Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Due to the nature of silver, which tends to darken as a result of metal oxidation, when purchasing an ISMEX piece, a sample of the silver cleaning liquid is included, as well as a polishing cloth, which allows the piece to be kept in optimal condition.

Instructions for use of the cleaning liquid: dip the tip of a cotton swab in the liquid, gently rub the entire surface of the piece and let the liquid act for 5 seconds. Rinse with plenty of water and with the help of a toothbrush, rub gently with soap to remove any residue from the liquid. Rinse again with plenty of water and dry with toilet paper.

Finally and as an extra touch, you can polish the glossy finish with the polishing cloth.
