Maintenance

At ISMEX we offer free professional-quality maintenance to all of our buyers during the first year.

Due to the nature of silver, which tends to darken as a result of metal oxidation, when purchasing an ISMEX piece, a sample of the silver cleaning liquid is included, as well as a polishing cloth, which allows the piece to be kept in optimal condition.

Directions for use of the cleaning liquid: dip the tip of a cotton swab in the liquid, gently rub the entire surface of the piece and let the liquid act for 15 seconds. Rinse with plenty of water and with the help of a toothbrush, rub gently with soap to remove any residue from the liquid. Rinse again with plenty of water and dry with toilet paper.

Finally and as an extra touch, you can polish the glossy finish with the polishing cloth.
