These Terms and Conditions are intended to offer a quality service when purchasing an ISMEX product.

Order

In order to place an order on the ISMEX Website, you must perform the following steps:

  • Register as a User within the ISMEX Website.
  • Read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
  • Review and agree with the characteristics and price of the
    chosen products.
  • Proceed to pay for the selected products.
  • Provide ISMEX with the necessary data to send the products requested by the user.

Payment
For an easy payment, ISMEX offers the following options:

  • MasterCard
  • VISA
  • AMEX
  • PayPal

ISMEX reserves the right to contract Payment Processing Platforms within the official website to charge with Credit or Debit Card.
Transactions are considered complete when payment has been authorized by the Payment Provider and the Payment Processor communicates the successful notification to the user.
Even though payment transactions, personal information, and billing information are kept secure by the payment processing platforms, ISMEX reserves the responsibility for said service.

Invoice

If you need an invoice it is necessary that you contact our Customer Service Center through the chat box or send us to the email ednamanzano@ismexofficial.com, requesting your invoice with your fiscal information and ticket number delivered in your purchase in-store or your order number if you have made the purchase on the ISMEX website.

Preparation time

In the event that the desired product is not in stock, the time required to prepare an order may take 2 to 3 business days (but may vary depending on the volume of the order), from the order and payment made.
In this circumstance, the purchasing party will be notified in the confirmation email, and in the case of non-compliance, their money can be returned.

Cancellations

After completing the purchase, a confirmation email will be sent with the details of the purchase. It will not be possible to cancel or modify your order if it is already confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Once the purchase is finished, if you want any change in the order, you should contact our customer service center via chat box for its modification, considering that the change is for the same amount or greater. And in case it is a lower amount, the difference will not be returned.

ISMEX does not accept returns but does allow the exchange of its products, for another of equal value, within 7 business days following the original date of purchase. This proceeds as long as the product is in perfect condition, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all labels intact, and upon presentation of the original sales invoice/receipt and warranty brochure. Changes must be made through our customer service center, by contacting us through the chatbox.

Exchanges for custom, engraved and/or discontinued parts are not allowed.

In case of any change, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
If the item is not returned or its original condition is modified, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping

At ISMEX we have 3 types of shipments for your convenience:
Free National Shipping:
Orders are delivered within 2-5 full business days.
Standard Shipping is free.
In peak sales season or international situations beyond the scope of ISMEX, the period of 2 to 5 days is extended from 5 to 7 business days.

National Shipping Next Day:
If you request this service, please contact the customer service center through the chat box to obtain a quote and confirm that the destination of the shipment has this option.

For this service to proceed, it is necessary to make the purchase before 12:00 noon.

International shipping USA:
Orders generated with this option have a cost of $ 800 MXN. Fixed amount for any city in the USA with the delivery of 5 to 7 business days.

Tariffs and customs duties
Buyers will pay any applicable customs duties and duties. ISMEX is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

International shipments outside the USA

Gift wrapping and packaging

All pieces are delivered in a black gift box secured by a bow. A surprise coupon postcard, a sample of the silver cleaning liquid, and a special polishing cloth for jewelry.

Warranty

ISMEX parts are guaranteed for 1 month from the date of delivery of the product against manufacturing defects. During this period, all repairs will be covered by ISMEX, at no cost to the client, including shipping costs.

Repair time may vary, so the customer will be notified via email.

To make the Guarantee of ISMEX products effective, it is essential to present your purchase receipt or order number.

It will be necessary to send photographs and video to the email ednamanzano@ismexofficial.com to assess that the damage is manufacturing or was caused by the customer.

Any doubt, clarification, or claim to make the Guarantee effective, contact the customer service center through the chat box.

Maintenance

At ISMEX we offer free professional-quality maintenance to all of our buyers for the first year.
You can request the service directly at the workshop or by sending your piece (s) to the address: Callejón Loreto # 20, Zona Centro San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Guanajuato CP: 37700.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Due to the nature of silver, which tends to darken as a result of metal oxidation, when purchasing an ISMEX part, a sample of the silver cleaning liquid is included, as well as a polishing cloth, which allows the parts to be kept in optimal condition.

Directions for use of the cleaning liquid: dip the tip of a cotton swab in the liquid, gently rub the entire surface of the piece and let the liquid act for 15 seconds. Rinse with plenty of water and with the help of a toothbrush, rub gently with soap to remove any residue from the liquid.
Rinse again with plenty of water and dry with toilet paper.
Finally and as an extra touch, you can polish the glossy finish with the polishing cloth.
